Please read these terms carefully before booking or using our services.

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Akwaaba Auto website and workshop services operated by Akwaaba Auto (part of the Akwaaba Group). By booking a service or using this website you agree to these Terms.
2. Booking Policy
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation email or WhatsApp message.
- Please arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may be rescheduled.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge. Later cancellations may incur a fee.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to technician availability or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Payments
- Payments are accepted in USD (Stripe card or cash) and GHS (Paystack Mobile Money / GHS card, or cash).
- Exchange rates displayed on this website are indicative (1 USD ≈ 15 GHS) and may vary at point of service.
- Invoices are issued for all services and parts. Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
- Returned payments or chargebacks without prior dispute resolution may result in service suspension.
4. Services
- Service prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at time of booking will be honoured.
- Additional work identified during service will be quoted and approved by you before proceeding.
- Akwaaba Auto is not liable for pre-existing vehicle faults discovered during service unless caused by negligence.
5. Parts
- Parts supplied by Akwaaba Auto carry a 30-day workmanship warranty.
- Customer-supplied parts are fitted at the customer's risk. No warranty is offered on externally sourced parts.
- Parts availability is subject to stock. We will advise on estimated lead times where applicable.
6. Liability
Akwaaba Auto's liability is limited to the cost of the specific service or part that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses including loss of use of the vehicle.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Akwaaba Auto / Akwaaba Group and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana for Ghana-based services and the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA for US-based services. Disputes will be resolved first through good-faith negotiation.
